The year 2018 was the ‘Year of Weddings’. Around the world, public figures got hitched and made headlines some reason or the other. Here we are compiling the list of five such events which gave us Wedding Goals to follow: 1.The GOT Wedding When the Game of Thrones co-stars, Kit Harington and Rose Leslie got married at the 12th-century castle in Scotland, It brought together almost all characters of the series, including those who have lost their lives in course of this series produced by the HBO. The custom invitations were based on GOT themes. Kit Harington is the descendant of Charles II and the castle where the wedding took place is owned by his family. Global sensation Beyonce was one of the performers at the event in Udaipur. Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are one of the most sought-after actors in the Hindi film industry. They have got amazing chemistry working together as well. They flew all the way to Italy, where they got married at an private villa. They followed Konkani and North Indian wedding traditions. After coming back to India, the Reception was organised for friends and family in Mumbai and Bangaluru. Meghan Markel and Prince Harry got the new title of Duchess and Duke of Sussex after their wedding ceremony in May.
